Delivery Information
We only ship to Canada at this time.
All orders will be processed the following day of purchase. If you placed an order on the weekend, you will have to wait until Monday for the order to be processed and shipped.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be slightly delayed and can take 1-5 days. If there is a significant delay, we will reach out to you directly.

ATTENTION: Due to COVID-19, we cannot guarantee delivery times with Canada Post at this time.
FREE Shipping available on ALL orders! All items are shipped via Xpresspost from Ontario. It typically takes 2-3 business days in Ontario or Quebec and 4-8 business days in Eastern Canada, Western Canada and rural areas. The shipping cost will depend on your shipping location.
Damages
Grounded Leaf is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order was damaged, please contact Canada Post to file a claim.

Undelivered Packages
Grounded Leaf is not liable for any products that are shipped to an incorrect or wrong address. It is the buyer’s responsibility to enter in the correct address details. If a package comes back to us as “undeliverable” or as “insufficient” or “wrong address,” the purchaser will be charged for shipping the package to its proper destination (even if the order originally warranted free or reduced shipping).
